As a certified trauma therapist, I specialize in working with Active-Duty service members, veterans, military spouses, first responders, and trauma survivors navigating the challenges of PTSD, moral injury, depression, and anxiety.
My mission is to help individuals heal from their past, rediscover hope, and rebuild a meaningful, resilient life.

Professional Background
I earned my counseling degree from Grand Canyon University and have gained extensive experience in inpatient acute care, military trauma programs, and veteran-focused outpatient settings. I also work with several non-profit veteran organizations, further deepening my understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans and their families.
I am certified in Prolonged Exposure Therapy through the Strong Star Training Initiative and the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Psychiatry program. I remain committed to lifelong learning and staying up to date with the latest evidence-based practices in trauma, depression, and anxiety treatment.
